Take Off the Limits



“I feel like there is something in my life that is missing.” “I don’t understand why I can’t be happy.” “I can’t seem to move past this one place in my life.” “I just continue to relive the same thing over and over.”


These statements are all statements that I have experienced in my life and many others are experiencing today. There is a reason that we feel like something is missing or we continue to relive parts of our lives.


Somewhere in your life, maybe as far back as a small child, you experienced something that caused you to think or act a particular way. These experiences can be positive but many times they actually create a glass ceiling on your life that keeps you from rising to the top or breaking free of a constant cycle that you live in.


When I was eighteen I married a man that actually turned out to be abusive and was a drug addict. I lived for many years in this relationship, experiencing much pain and also becoming an addict myself. The years that followed led me in a vicious circle looking for a relationship that I had unconditional love and acceptance. When I finally discovered the underlying reason and the constant repetition of the failing relationships, I was able to break out of that crazy pattern and live a life full of unconditional love, being able to form relationships that are healthy and happy. I feel free, as if I can achieve anything. You too can experience this same feeling.


It does not matter, who you are, where you have been or what you have been through, you can achieve everything in life that you want.

Here are the steps that you need to take to get there.

  1. Identify the pain of your past

  2. Forgive yourself and others

  3. Accept it as your past and embrace it as your strength

  4. Find your dreams and write them down

  5. Plan to achieve your dreams

  6. Qualify your dreams by asking yourself it this dream is good, right and just for everyone involved

  7. Name the people that you will need to help you get there

  8. Write down the things that you will need physically and personally

  9. Define the obstacles that you will encounter and overcome them on paper

  10. Begin to write down the obvious steps that you will need to take to achieve it

The only thing left to do at this point is actually start to take the steps. Do not allow fear to hold you back. Fear is one of the biggest reasons that people do not achieve everything that they are capable of in their life. Fear is only False Evidence Appearing Real. Do not allow this false evidence to keep you from reaching your destiny, take the first step in your plan. You will begin to feel more empowered and the fear will subside.
